Our photos represent an overall theme or look and may or may not be exactly replicated. Substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality, and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the bouquet you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Refund/Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your bouquet, please contact hello@blownawaybouquets.com within 24 hours of purchase, including a photo and detailed description of concern in order to fully grasp the issue and remedy accordingly. We do not provide refunds, but will work diligently to replace/refresh your bouquet. Upon re-delivery, we will take the unsatisfactory bouquet off your hands so please do not send it to the trash.
